Abstract

Spatial planning understood as a comprehensive planning and supra-local planning can make an important contribution to adaptation to climate change. A number of project activities dealing with adaptation have started in recent years — often including a specific reference to spatial planning. This article aims at giving a thematic review of recent projects and to draw conclusions for a further advancement of spatial planning and spatial research.
